Quality Training-Specialist: Verizon Wireless May, 1997-July, 2002

Responsible for managing and coaching a staff of over 300 representatives on quality
management. Conducted training classes developed to increase the effectiveness of proper call handling practices. Organized recruitment, selection, and hiring of consultants.

As a Realtor, I helped negotiate prices and terms of real estate transactions. Created and
implemented all contractual agreements associated with residential and commercial
property. Sales increased to $200 thousand from $90 thousand in 1997.

· Maintained and achieved 15 percent annual growth in 1 year
· Developed effective referral programs-- referrals increased 20 percent
· Developed PR with industry periodicals

Laboratory Technician Supervisor: VA Medical Center Aug., 1990-May, 1994

Contributed to published research on prostate cancer. This included experiments on
chicken eggs that were injected with cancerous antibodies. Running lab test on the
results collected from the experiments. Also responsible for recording and researching
data collected from each experiment and logging the information for other researchers
to analyze.
