Cross Keys High School, DeKalb County Schools. August-November, 2002. Seventy-six hours of observation and practice teaching in 9th and 12th grade literature, including the opening of school.

Atlanta Girls School. Planned January, 2003. Thirty hours of observation and practice teaching in 8th through 11th grade creative writing during the school's three-week Winterim period. Supervised by Nancy Sullivan.
