Below you will find links to the unit that I created during my ten weeks of student teaching at Freedom Middle School in Stone Mountain, Georgia.
Creating lesson plans was somewhat daunting at first. Once I became familiar with the students' needs, developing engaging plans was only slightly easier.
Whether I'm planning
for a new group of students or ones that I know well, I understand that
preparing lessons should be a challenging, difficult process. After all,
if I do not challenge myself in lesson planning, I should not expect to
challenge my students, or for them to challenge themselves.
