A brief biography:
I am a professor of economics at Agnes Scott College, a highly-selective liberal arts college for women located near Atlanta, Georgia. I am currently chair of the economics department there. I received a PhD in economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. My research interests include economics of the family, immigration, and economic demography.
